Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using advanced search techniques across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks).
- Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact through to offer negotiation and closing.
- Nurture relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and transparent recruitment experience.
- Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert market insights.
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment software (ATS) efficiently, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Participate in virtual networking events and build professional relationships within the tech community.
- Achieve and exceed agreed-upon placement targets and revenue goals.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, with a strong focus on technology or digital roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and filling niche technical positions.
- Proficiency with various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray searching, and social media recruiting.
- Excellent understanding of the technology landscape, common tech stacks, and IT roles.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience within a recruitment agency or consultancy environment is highly desirable.
- A genuine interest in technology and the ability to articulate technical concepts to candidates.
This position is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK.

Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a
DAY SHIFT FORK LIFT TRUCK OPERATOR working Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and alternate Saturdays 5am - 10am.
NIGHT SHIFT FORK LIFT TRUCK OPERATOR working Monday to Friday 8pm - 5.30am
For both roles we increase the working hours for six days a month to a 6am start working a 12 hour shift.
Fork Lift Truck licence and experience required for both roles.
Day Shift £13.20 pe.
