What the Role Involves:
- Managing and reviewing debtor accounts, ensuring data is clean, accurate and up to date li>Contacting clients to follow up on outstanding balances via email and phone
- Resolving queries efficiently and professionally, while maintaining a positive rapport with customers
- Producing aged debtor summaries and highlighting overdue accounts for escalation
- Maintaining weekly cash forecasts and supporting wider finance reporting
- Reconciling accounts and flagging discrepancies for correction
- Working closely with sales and coordination teams to maintain smooth processes
- Initiating credit checks and supporting onboarding of new customer accounts
About You:
- At least 2 years of credit control experience, ideally within a high-volume or international environment
- A strong command of Excel and familiarity with financial systems
- Experience working with multi-currency ledgers is a plus
- Confident, professional communication style and strong attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
- Comfortable working to targets and managing deadlines in a supportive team setting

JOB PURPOSE
- Oversee the management of all document control requirements for the construction side of the business
- Being responsible for the standardization and implementation of correct document control practices on all construction projects.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take a leading role in refining the standard company procedures with regards to all aspects of document controlling.
- Maintenance of accurate records of all drawings and other construction documents issued by consultants and contractors through each stage of the project. Process a large number of documents daily, including a thorough QA check, printing and review/ distribution, and electronic forwarding to create an accurate and comprehensive audit trail.
- Establish from the outset a close relationship with the wider construction team to ensure that the proper procedures are put in place to maintain cost control and contractual integrity of the Projects. li>Document all discrepancies in document issues to subcontractors and professional partners, ensuring that the Project Manager and the Design Manager are aware of any discrepancies and that all problems are resolved in a timely fashion by liaising directly with all members of the wider project teams.
- Create and maintain an accurate, efficient and user-friendly filing system (as set out in the
- company's Procore manual), ensuring that copies of drawings and documents are easily found.
- Ensure standardization of document naming and workflow processes across all projects on site.
SKILLS
