- Extensive experience in a senior creative leadership role, preferably within the arts, film, gaming, or immersive experience sectors.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful creative projects and campaigns.
- Exceptional understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and various artistic disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate creative teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superb communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
- A deep passion for arts and entertainment and a keen eye for aesthetic quality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related creative field.
