**Job Summary**
You will be working on Dynamics 365 CRM solution implementations for Cognizant's public sector customers. The candidate will be working in a capacity of Functional Consultant within a project team.
**Experience, understanding and knowledge required:**
+ Experience of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities (Customer Service, Sales) and Power Platform
+ Experience in leading business discussions with customers for project discovery and business process mapping
+ Experience in leading discussions around business requirements, product backlog refinement and user expectation management in Agile projects
+ Solid experience working in an Agile team to agree and develop system/product designs based on user requirements and specify these as user stories
+ Ability to write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria

In this role you will work on advisory engagements in Cloud/Data Architecture, Industry Cloud, Mergers/Divestitures, Optimization/Operating Model, Ecosystem Integration.


Key responsibilities:

  • Consulting engagements from discovery to design and implementation
  • Understanding client business models, industry challenges and dynamics to provide actionable insights
  • Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to domain specific consulting in any one of the areas such as Financial services, supply chain, Customer Experience , Operations etc
  • Guide clients in adopting and optimising cloud based business models
  • Interpret business data to build compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps

For Data expertise

  • Exposure to use data and analytics to drive business insights, develop use cases for business improvements, develop KPIs
  • Define Data strategy and modernisation roadmaps
