This is not a product design role — it’s a production-focused, systems-level position for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and design craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain large Figma component libraries and design system assets.
• Partner with product designers and engineers to streamline design-to-dev handoff.
• Conduct design audits to ensure quality and consistency across mobile platforms.
• Support visual design work including icons, motion, and illustrations.
• Explore ways to improve team efficiency through automation and AI-driven design tools .

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in design systems .
• Strong visual design background with a keen eye for detail and structure.
• Hands-on experience designing for iOS and Android apps.
• Deep expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Tokens, Libraries).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite , basic HTML/CSS , and file management tools .
• Experience in large-scale tech or digital environments is a plus.

The Role:

You will lead all digital design and website builds. You’ll shape the future of their website, ecommerce flow and digital design language to drive engagement and improve ecommerce conversion through user centric design. All with a mobile-first mindset.

Specifically, you will:

• Lead UI design and development for their website across mobile and desktop to drive engagement, signups and ecommerce growth.
• Utilize a diverse array of design techniques from concepts and wireframes, to designs and prototypes all in Figma.
• Build and maintain their website using their CMS platform Storyblok, ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality across all web touchpoints.
• Champion a user-centric approach to UI design using qualitative research and quantitative data from their user research teams to guide design decisions and iterations.
• Evolve their digital design system, UI components and graphics to elevate and unify all their brands digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate across teams and functions from creative and copy to tech and product.
• Present concepts, rationale and outcomes to senior leadership.

Must-have hard skills:

• 5-8 years professional UI/digital design experience. Ecommerce experience highly desirable.
• Extremely high level of proficiency in design tools and methodologies, including but not limited to Figma, wireframing, workflow diagramming, and prototyping.
• CMS site-building experience: design and publishing content and pages within a CMS (Storyblok)
• Mobile first designs are your bread and butter. You understand user flows, design psychology and an ability to wireframe and design solutions that drive engagement and ecommerce growth.
• Proven track record designing for A/B tests.
• Experience with design systems and scaling design across large sites for multiple languages.

Must-have soft skills:

• Concept-to-completion ownership with proactive problem-solving and high accountability.
• Clear, confident communication with cross-functional partners and non-creative stakeholders.
• Collaboration & feedback literacy—giving/receiving notes, iterating quickly.
• Organised & detail-obsessed, with strong prioritisation across multiple streams.
