We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join our Team in Holborn, London in a specialised role. You will be working primarily with our Relationship Management Team and Business Development to build strong relationships and support commercial growth across our client base with a specific focus on Faster Claims Payments, (FCP) - our key Lloyd’s Market initiative.
You will become the go-to person within Client Service on FCP, and act as a key point of contact for all Managing Agents in relation to complex or emerging FCP queries. Managing resolution across Vitesse, Lloyd’s, LIMOSS and relevant participants, you’ll use your experience to inform our roadmap and educate colleagues and market participants. You’ll be working alongside our Product and Operations teams to deliver exceptional levels of customer service, whilst supporting the Commercial Team with revenue growth.

- Develop strong relationships with our existing customers through a deep understanding of our FCP proposition with proactive engagement and effective communication
- Collaborate with internal Vitesse teams to resolve complex or emerging FCP queries, adhering to SLAs and seeking opportunities to improve quality, speed and process where applicable.
- Supporting complex queries responses and then ensuring that they are captured within market FAQ and other service record points and feeding any necessary development change back into the Vitesse functions.

Are you an accomplished Lead Project Manager / Programme Manager experienced in delivering complex change and technology programmes for top-tier banks? An international financial institution seeks a leader for transformational digital banking projects. Only those with deep, recent experience in large-scale banking technology or enterprise-level FS environments will be considered.
About the Role:
Play a pivotal role managing high-value digital engineering and regulatory change portfolios in a leading banking group. Oversee EMEA-scale initiatives where strong governance, cost-control, and senior stakeholder leadership are essential.
Essential Candidate Profile:
10+ years' full lifecycle programme/project management in major banking or large FS organisations.
Experience in complex, multi-million-pound banking technology change (Agile & Waterfall).
In-depth understanding of digital banking solutions, regulatory pressures, and FS risk management.
Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional technical teams within banking.
Mastery of governance, RAID management, vendor/consultancy oversight, and robust budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver transformational banking technology and regulatory change across EMEA operations.
Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, from IT leaders to business executives.
Ensure controls, compliance, and best-in-class risk management.
Report concisely on benefit tracking, costs, and delivery status.
