You'll join our Global Operations Contact Centre as the first point of contact for our fitness and wellbeing consumers – that's individual members of gyms, leisure centres and fitness studios (our customers) around the world. Consumer Services

  • Resolve first line customer queries relating to their accounts associated to payment contracts and contractual relationships

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Team Lead to manage and inspire their fully remote customer support team. This role is vital in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback, and managing daily operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Your duties will include handling escalated customer issues, monitoring team performance metrics, identifying training needs, and contributing to process improvements within the customer service function. You will also be involved in recruitment and onboarding of new team members. We are looking for individuals with proven leadership experience in a customer service or contact centre environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a strong understanding of customer service best practices and metrics. Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems is a must. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and the ability to motivate and develop a remote team are critical. This is a fully remote position, requiring a dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection. You must be a self-starter, able to manage your time effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with a distributed workforce.
