We are looking for a Data Analyst to work in our Leeds office twice per week.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Strong understanding of business reporting processes and experience in delivering reporting solutions that drive customer, colleague, and commercial value
  • Ability to capture and translate business data requirements into clear specifications for reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in data wrangling techniques to clean, transform, and prepare data for reporting and reconciliation
  • Experience transitioning reporting from legacy platforms to cloud environments, ideally GCP
  • Familiarity with reconciliation testing to validate data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
  • Ability to analyse business tools and data flows to document data dictionaries and lineage
  • Understanding of modern data strategy, including the importance of data quality, governance, and accessibility
  • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using data storytelling to highlight the value of reporting and insights
