Job Description
A specialist contractor is seeking experienced Document Controllers to support ongoing projects across Blackfriars and Bermondsey on a full-time, permanent basis.
Salary : 30,000 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours : 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date : ASAP
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and monitor the project quality control plan
- Create, update, and maintain site trackers and reports
- Manage bookings for inductions, deliveries, and materials
- Maintain daily records, H&S files, and briefings
- Document QA activities, inspections, and sign-offs
- Support site teams with admin, signage, trackers, and schedules
- Liaise with Project and QA Managers to ensure compliance
Requirements :
- Proven experience in construction document control or site admin
- High attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Confident working across multiple live sites
- Strong understanding of QA documentation and reporting processes

You will be tasked with ensuring the accuracy, validity, consistency, completeness, timeliness, uniqueness of data across the business . In this role, you'll focus on data validation, profiling, and cleansing , helping ensure that information across core systems is accurate, complete, and reliable. You'll work across multiple teams to enhance how data is managed and reported, supporting the organisation's operational and strategic goals.
This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in Gloucester once a week.
What you'll be doing:
- Investigating data inconsistencies and applying corrections to improve accuracy and completeness
- Writing T-SQL queries to interrogate and validate data
