Production Supervisor
is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations and database management of the production floor to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The role involves managing a team of production staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and achieving production targets within set deadlines.nWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and lead a team to meet performance goals. Production ManagementnPlan, organise, and oversee production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimise efficiency.
Database ManagementnMaintenance schedules
Equipment Database Management & Consumables control
Continuous ImprovementnImplement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
Team SupervisionnAssign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills and workload.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address concerns.
Quality AssurancenEnsure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to implement corrective actions.
Health and SafetynEnforce compliance with health and safety regulations on the production floor.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Resource ManagementnCoordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources.
Minimise waste and optimise the use of materials and equipment.
Reporting and DocumentationnMaintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and efficiency.
Document and report any incidents, accidents, or equipment malfunctions.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with Database management is essential
Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:nGood understanding of production processes and equipment.
Knowledge of quality control standards and health and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with an International Membership Organisation to recruit a Membership & Data Administration Support on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-driven administrator to join a collaborative team, playing a vital role in membership services and data management during a busy renewal cycle.
The Role (Summary)
You'll be central to membership processes, onboarding new members, ensuring smooth renewals, and keeping data clean and accurate across CRM systems. Alongside this, you'll provide administrative and engagement support, working closely with teams across Membership, Learning and Operations.
Details of the Role
- Contract: 6-month fixed term
- Salary: 28,000-32,000 per annum
- Hours: 4-day working week (Monday-Thursday)
- Location: Central London (hybrid: 1 day per week in office)

Key Responsibilities
Membership Administration
- Process membership renewals and onboard new members, including invoicing, CRM updates, and issuing welcome communications.
- Maintain accurate member records, subscriptions, and strategic contact information.
- Follow up with non-renewals and support ongoing member engagement.
CRM Management
- Ensure data accuracy by merging duplicates, managing inactive records, and updating contact lists.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR and data governance standards.
- Support mailing list management and reporting.
Member Engagement Support
- Generate usage and engagement reports.
- Support regional teams by updating key contacts and ensuring member records reflect activity.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Confident user of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities, working independently and collaboratively.
Desirable:
- Experience in a membership organisation, association, or professional body.
- Understanding of membership renewals and data governance (GDPR).
- Familiarity with tools like SurveyMonkey or Mailchimp.
- Additional language skills.

We're responsible for delivering this data, news and analytics through innovative technology - quickly and accurately.
**Our Team:**
The Company Financials (CoFi) Data team designs and builds company analysis tools for the Bloomberg Terminal. This includes marquee applications on Bloomberg terminal which supports data related to financial analysis, analyst recommendations, and earnings estimates. The team is responsible for tracking the evolution of data points from data processing to database taxonomy as well as API syntax design and front-end application development.
What's the role?
You will be responsible for defining, articulating and leading the implementation of the product vision and strategy for our metadata discovery layer. You will partner with product managers to identify commercial targets and define the use cases to be pursued and prioritized. You will act as the main point of contact between our product and data teams to improve our company financials taxonomy and data model, ensuring a consistent experience for our clients across all delivery methods. While collaborating closely with our data modelers, ontologists and domain subject matter experts, you will design the knowledge graph structure in order to support client needs while enriching the metadata available in the semantic layer and API layer.
**We'll trust you to:**
+ Maintain and evolve a roadmap for the discovery layer of the Company Financials products
+ Partner with Product, Engineering and Data to ensure deliverables are well defined and detailed, and align with the overall business goals
+ Drive product development, build and analyze metrics to measure business impact and success
+ Prioritize and balance resources across teams
+ Communicate progress effectively with stakeholders at all levels
+ Stay on top of the competitive environment and client trends
**You'll need to have:**

+ 4+ years of Product Manager experience bringing sophisticated products to market*
+ Knowledge of how company financials data is used by different financial market players
+ Proven skills in designing systems for data modelling and semantic modelling
+ Technical proficiency in being comfortable discussing technical concepts and experience evaluating trade-offs in design with Engineering, CTO, and Product
