Who we are:

At La Fosse, we do things a little differently. We’re an employee-owned talent solutions business that specialises in technology, digital, and change, but at our core, we’re all about people.

Our goal is to create a working world where talent is recognised for what it brings to the table, not where it comes from. That’s why we work with organisations of all sizes to solve people and business challenges, whether that’s helping them find great talent, build long-term capability, or shape future leadership. We do this through our recruitment, academy, solutions, and executive search services.

What really sets us apart? Everyone here has a stake in the business. We’re employee-owned, which means we all have a voice, and we all share in the success we create. That sense of ownership shapes everything, from how we make decisions to how we support each other to grow.

The culture here is ambitious but grounded. We care about doing good work and being good people while we do it. There’s a genuine focus on learning, development, and helping people build careers they’re proud of. You’ll be part of a team that’s collaborative, down-to-earth, and serious about making an impact, but without taking itself too seriously.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our Product and Design division and play a key role in its continued growth. You’ll partner closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver high-impact talent solutions, while also building strong relationships.

The Team:

You’ll be joining a team made up of 4 specialists delivering over £1.1 million in NFI, reflecting both strong market presence and a collaborative, results-driven culture. With ambitious growth plans in place, we’re looking to double the size of the team over the next two years.

Hear from some of our team here about what they love about working at La Fosse.

What will you be doing?

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential. Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture built on care, ambition, and humility, while maintaining your own billing performance.
  • Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insight, salary benchmarking, and talent strategy advice.
  • Business Development: Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Candidate Attraction: Source and engage high-quality candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
  • Recruitment Delivery: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to offer, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for both clients and candidates.

  • Compliance & CRM: Keep accurate records in Bullhorn and ensure alignment with GDPR, employment law, and internal standards.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights to support clients’ needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Live our values of care, ambition, and humility, contributing to a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset, with a proactive approach to hitting personal and shared targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders at once.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus) and an understanding of recruitment compliance and best practices.
