Join the expanding London Design team as Senior Pitch Designers, spearheading transformative projects and playing a pivotal role in the evolution of workspace solutions for our client. We are seeking a few Senior Pitch Designers who not only views design as a vocation but is also enthusiastic about stepping into a leadership role. With a focus on delivering outstanding results, you will showcase a portfolio of exceptional projects and demonstrate a passion for cultivating an inspiring work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead diverse projects, ranging from large-scale endeavours to smaller initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with clients, providing dedicated support to their internal teams.
- Work in tandem with the Design Director and the entire team to ensure the seamless implementation of our robust methodology across all project phases.
- Engage with clients, fellow designers, consultants, and technical teams to consistently exceed client expectations.
- Direct project teams in managing all design aspects, including the creation of drawings, finish boards, and comprehensive documentation sets.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that captivate our clients.
- Ensure projects are not only aesthetically pleasing and functional but also financially profitable.
- Contribute as a valued member to cross-functional teams, adapting to various roles as needed.
- Foster a culture of equality, creativity, and innovation, promoting out-of-the-box thinking.
- Implement design best standards, practices, processes, and technological solutions within the studio to enhance our client's capabilities.
- Identify and report risks to the Design Director, operating in compliance with ethical practices.
- Continually enhance your design skills, staying abreast of external market trends.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a design-related discipline.
- Genuine passion for interior design.
- Proven experience in managing high-performing project teams, preferably on notable workplace projects.
- Proficiency in design tools, including InDesign and Photoshop.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing skill development and learning to contribute effectively to the team and business growth.
- Experience in pitching to high-profile clients, showcasing strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Positive and energetic, thriving under pressure while managing multiple deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset, establishing robust relationships with team members and a keen desire to comprehend the intricacies of our client's business.
- Emotionally intelligent, adept at coordinating stakeholders towards a shared objective.
- Strong opinions and the ability to express thoughts and experiences, coupled with the skill to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Prior experience working within the UK, with a solid understanding of the industry and local market.

Our Clients are international, and we work with leading, innovative Architects and Interior Designers and Landscape Architects from across the globe.
We are looking for talented, creative Intermediate and Junior Lighting Designers, to join our London studio, with the opportunity for you to grow your skills and experience, express your ideas, and develop your career.
You will have demonstrable creative and technical experience or have completed higher education studies related to Lighting Design, with the ability to offer innovative ideas and design solutions, positively contributing to projects.
Your personal capabilities will include good organisation and interpersonal skills. The role includes design input from concept to completion, working within a team with direct contact with Clients, Architects, Interior Designers and Contactor teams on site.
All candidates should be proficient in; Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office with good visualisation skills, including hand sketching and rendering. An understanding of Revit would be beneficial but not essential.
International travel will be required.

As **Visual Merchandising and Store Design Leader - Luxe** , you will be the creative and strategic custodian of our luxury portfolio's in-store presence, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the artistry, prestige, and innovation our brands are known for.
You will lead the UK luxury visual merchandising and store design strategy, translating global vision into locally relevant, commercially impactful executions. Inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing VM team that blends creativity with operational excellence. Deliver exceptional launches, fixtures, and retail experiences on-time, in-full, and within budget, always with sustainability and brand equity at the forefront.
Your main focus :
+ Define and execute the luxury visual merchandising and store design strategy for the UK, translating global guidelines into locally relevant concepts.
+ Integrate sustainability principles into all VM initiatives, from concept through production to end-of-life.
+ Lead, inspire, and develop your team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
+ Oversee end-to-end management of VM and store design projects, from creative brief through to delivery, ensuring on-time, in-full, and on-budget execution.
+ Own CAPEX and OPEX budgets across multiple brands, providing accurate forecasting, reporting, and cost control
+ Build strong relationships with retail partners, securing optimal space and premium execution opportunities.
You will report into the VM & Store Design Director - Luxe Division and you will work closely together with several departments such as Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Global VM, Sustainability/CSR, Omnichannel/Digital.

**YOU ARE A COTY FIT**
You like to be creative and committed to deliver best in class VM. As an experienced Visual Merchandising and Store Design Leadyou are agile and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
+ 7+ years' experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or In-Store Marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
+ Proven track record in luxury beauty or premium retail environments.
+ Experience managing multi-brand portfolios and delivering end-to-end VM projects at scale.
+ Demonstrated success managing large CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at senior/global level.
