Our client, an award-winning interior design studio are looking to welcome Mid-Weight and Senior Interior Designers to their collaborative studio.
The role
Your role will involve working as part of team on projects from concept to completion, responsible for producing schedules, sourcing and specifying products and materials, production of mood board, presenting to clients and preparing detailed drawings, designs and plans. The projects you will work on are luxury residences in the UK and internationally.
Required skills & experience
- A recognised Interior Design/ Interior Architecture qualification
- Experienced working on projects in the Luxury Residential market
- FF&E background
- Strong understanding of the full design process and on-site experience
- Experience and confidence in running and delivering projects from initial design concept to handover, and everything in between
- Confident in a client facing role, capable of leading presentations, meetings and correspondence
- Sourcing and procurement of FF&E with strong knowledge of suppliers
- Technical drawing skills
- A very good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketch Up, with experience of EstiPC an advantage
- Hand sketching skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
- Ability to instruct and mentor others
- A strong eye for design and colour, with good 3D and spatial awareness and meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional conceptual and presentation skills
- Have a full, clean driving licence for site visits

About The Role:
We are partnering with a leading interior design studio to recruit both Mid-weight and Senior FF&E Designers to join their talented team working on high-end luxury hospitality projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a design-led, supportive team working on award-winning hospitality interiors with a reputation for quality and creativity.
Mid-weight FF&E Designers:
You will take ownership of design packages and specifications, while contributing creatively and technically across a range of high-end hospitality and F&B projects. You will work closely with senior designers and project leads, helping to shape and deliver the studio’s signature design vision.
Senior FF&E Designers:
You will have a minimum of six years’ experience across all facets of design and project delivery, including high-end F&B, spas, and large-scale hospitality projects. A strong enthusiasm for interior architecture, furniture, and product design is essential, alongside the ability to provide creative direction, technical expertise, and mentorship to junior designers.
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles Include):
- Assist in developing the creative vision for each project alongside Directors, Associates, and Project Leads
- Support design research and concept development
- Contribute to the development of material palettes through sample sourcing, supplier meetings, and showroom visits
- Help prepare concept presentations and material boards
- Source and select furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories
- Produce FF&E documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications, coordinated with consultants
- Review samples, prototypes, and shop drawings to ensure design intent
- Attend site visits and installations as needed
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Midweight Role: 3–5 years’ experience, ideally with luxury or hospitality focus
- Senior Role: Minimum 6 years interior design and FF&E experience
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong freehand sketching and visual communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of colour and materials

We are looking for talented, creative Intermediate and Junior Lighting Designers, to join our London studio, with the opportunity for you to grow your skills and experience, express your ideas, and develop your career.
You will have demonstrable creative and technical experience or have completed higher education studies related to Lighting Design, with the ability to offer innovative ideas and design solutions, positively contributing to projects.
Your personal capabilities will include good organisation and interpersonal skills. The role includes design input from concept to completion, working within a team with direct contact with Clients, Architects, Interior Designers and Contactor teams on site.
All candidates should be proficient in; Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office with good visualisation skills, including hand sketching and rendering. An understanding of Revit would be beneficial but not essential.
