A premier fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company is seeking an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies for a portfolio of premium products. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, enhancing market presence, and fostering strong consumer engagement. You will be responsible for everything from market analysis and positioning to campaign development and product innovation. - Manage the brand budget effectively, tracking ROI and optimising spend.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, analyse sales data, and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Lead new product development initiatives and innovation pipeline for the brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and partners.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging marketing trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG sector, with a focus on premium or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing agency relationships and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
