Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and annual marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market share, sales, and profitability targets.
- Conduct thorough market research and consumer analysis to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, ATL, and BTL activities.
- Manage the brand's P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring efficient allocation of marketing spend.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, R&D, and agency partners, to ensure seamless brand execution.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven brand management experience within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that have driven significant brand growth.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research methodologies, and data analysis.
- Experience in managing P&Ls, budgets, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and performance analytics.
- Creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
