The Digital Marketing Apprentice will play a pivotal role in planning, developing and delivering high-quality content, managing social media channels, writing for different platforms, updating our website and reviewing analytics to inform our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of website content, including writing and editing copy, refreshing imagery, and uploading videos.

The multi‑channel marketers will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans, and will be responsible for delivering day‑to‑day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function.

So, if you’re full of ideas, passionate about marketing, and eager to learn from a friendly, supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.**A Typical Day in the Job:*** Support both online and offline marketing activities for Spring and our partners, via emails, case studies and tailored marketing campaigns.* Design and create marketing materials such as flyers, posters, videos, presentations, and social media graphics using Canva and Adobe programs.* Help create engaging content for our website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms using tools such as Salesforce and WordPress.* Create, post and manage content on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and the company website.* Help plan and keep track of marketing campaigns to make sure they stay within budget.* Review and record spending for on-line and off-line marketing, events, and bespoke partner projects.* Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to see how well campaigns are doing and find ways to improve.* Work with different teams, managers, clients, and partners to help promote the overall business and attract new customers.Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge*** Mature attitude with a professional approach to work and learning* Genuine passion for marketing and online media* Excellent research and writing skills for content creation, with strong attention to detail* Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and strategies* Basic understanding of social media, SEO, and digital trends (desirable but not essential)* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative**Salary, Hours***&***Benefits:*** £18,000 – £0,000 per annum* 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.* Hybrid working* 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays* Pension scheme* Cycle to work scheme* Healthcare cash back plan* Yearly performance-based bonusThis apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in marketing.
