KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly responsible for the creation and management of the social media strategy across all organic social channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with management to execute on strategy. Always making sure, the business goals are being driven through the Organic Social Channel
  • Connect with all ofthe business to develop a deep understanding of all of the projects, initiatives and products we can shout about and entertain our audience with on our social channels
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar, based off the social strategy, making sure that all storytelling points are covered and planned in the most engaging and performance driven way
  • Maintain a clear posting schedule and ensure that it is being fulfilled in both its creation and its posting by the Junior Social Media Exec

  • Directly responsible for the performance of Organic Social as a channel in meeting business KPI's

  • Making sure that all pivots, both for socials and from the wider business are communicated to the Junior Social Media Exec in a timely manner
