What We're Looking For:

• A relevant degree or teaching qualification (QTS is required for the Teacher of PE route)

About the Role:

• As our PE and Outdoor Education Instructor / Teacher of PE, you will:
• Deliver accessible and inclusive PE lessons and outdoor learning experiences to pupils aged 7-16
• Support pupils in achieving progress relative to their individual starting points, both physically and socially
• Plan safe, creative sessions that promote teamwork, self-confidence, physical literacy, and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with classroom staff and therapists to integrate physical learning with wider personal development goals
• Monitor and track pupils' progress, adapting activities to suit diverse needs and abilities

• Proven experience in designing and developing online courses and academic programs.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and assessment methods.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
