Operating from within the Group Learning and Development team (HR), the Digital Learning Coordinator will support the U+ Team and be accountable for Learning Management System (LMS) administration and configuration enabling the deployment and delivery of digital training content across all of Rentokil Initial.

The Digital Learning Coordinator will also be responsible for various regional and local reporting requirements of our markets, processing of monthly colleague data, whilst supporting senior colleagues in Ad-Hoc projects to ensure that the U+ system supports them in the necessary way.

Within this role, the U+ Digital Learning Coordinator will have to work closely with the Digital Learning Manager and U+ Content Development Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

● Creating and distributing global training content across multiple businesses/languages and developing projects in the areas of eLearning and new technologies to continually improve the provision for teaching, learning and assessment.

● Managing our internal LMS; U+ (Cornerstone OnDemand) which includes maintaining vendor relationship and acting as the main point of contact from a technical perspective for Group and Regional stakeholders.

● Assist with digital learning support across Rentokil Initial, this includes facilitating U+ functionality workshops for countries and ensuring countries use U+ in a way that meets their local objectives

● Working with stakeholders from around the organisation to align our business units to our L&D strategy.

● Working with colleagues in the business assisting them with U+ technical queries.

● Provide regular updates to the global business to share L&D best practices and general U+ updates (e.g latest industry trends, new technical features within U+).

● Creating LMS reports

● A point of contact for all LMS platform administration activities and general troubleshooting.

● Responsible for the testing and deployment of new LMS functionality.

● Define and deploy processes to allow the regular submission of employee data for U+ in a secure, regular method.

● Produce & provide monthly reports for on our global compliance programme, and work with local HR colleagues to ensure completion across the organisation

We're looking for a Digital Learning Systems Coordinator to support and improve our Moodle-based learning platform ( ), making sure it's accessible, secure, and easy to use for learners and tutors alike. This is a key hands-on role supporting students from all walks of life – including home educators, adult learners, and those returning to education.

You’ll work closely with our editorial, IT, and course development teams to:

  • Set up and maintain Moodle courses, user accounts, and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support to staff.
  • Upload and format course content, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
  • Help train colleagues and contribute to platform improvements.
  • Support NEC’s mission to make education accessible to all.

About the Role

As a Digital Learning & Training Specialist, you will be aligned to our HR&L&D team where you'll design, deliver and manage engaging, high-impact digital learning and training programs that align with PeopleScout's goals. From Learning Management Systems (LMS) and multimedia tools to delivering live virtual or in-person training, you'll create tailored solutions that enhance employee capability and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with HR, IT, trainers, subject matter experts and business leaders to develop accessible, user-focused content while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to champion a culture of continuous learning, harness the latest trends in digital learning, and make a tangible impact across our EMEA teams. While the primary focus of this role is digital learning, delivery of live instructor-led training is also a requirement of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy innovative online courses and resources, collaborating with subject matter experts, clients, and stakeholders to meet employee learning needs.
  • Establish and maintain governance standards for LMS usage, accessibility, and content consistency to position PeopleScout as a leader in digital learning.
  • Promote digital learning opportunities to boost employee engagement and foster a culture of development.
  • Identify opportunities to create new digital content that improves operational efficiency and accelerates onboarding for new joiners.
  • Lead the development of compliance training, ensuring content is up-to-date, high-quality, and aligned with legal and company requirements, while tracking key metrics like completion rates and learner satisfaction.
  • Deliver blended learning programs, including live virtual and in-person training sessions, where appropriate.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by advising on the latest digital learning trends and enhancing LMS functionality in partnership with your manager and provider.
  • Demonstrate PeopleScout's values in all your work and contribute to a safe, inclusive working environment.

About You

We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy professional with a passion for learning and development. You'll bring:

Qualifications

Desirable :CIPD Level 3+ in Learning & Development or HR, or an Instructional Design Diploma.

Experience

Essential:

  1. Proven experience using a range of technologies to support learning, including LMS and content authoring software.
  2. Strong digital skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  3. Up-to-date knowledge of L&D best practices, including accessibility, user-centered design, and training cycle.
  4. Experience in instructional design, needs analysis and training delivery

Desirable:

  1. Experience managing and administering Learning Management Systems.
  2. A portfolio showcasing eLearning development, deployment, and management.
  3. Experience in creating rich multimedia content
  4. Vendor management experience or a background in RPO, business outsourcing, or professional services.
  5. Experience delivering instructor-led training and analysing data to create impactful reports.

Skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels, from managers to clients.
  • Quick to learn new technologies and platforms, with the ability to interpret complex information.
  • Highly adaptable, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on improving customer service.
