Our reputation is built on delivering exceptional, measurable results through science-backed training and nutrition programs, tailored to each client.
The Role
Are you a strategic, data-driven marketer with a passion for delivering high-impact campaigns across global markets? We're looking for a Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and take the lead in planning and executing integrated campaigns that drive real business results.
As our Campaign Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts shaping, delivering, and optimising campaigns that elevate awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple regions. You’ll connect brand strategy with performance marketing, working cross-functionally with teams across brand, content, media, and local markets.
If you thrive on turning insight into action and want to see your work make a tangible impact this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage global and regional campaign calendars in line with key business moments (e.g., Women’s Health, New Year).
- Turn brand goals and audience insights into clear campaign plans and creative briefs.
- Define KPIs, budgets, and timelines alongside performance and brand teams.
- Lead campaigns from initial concept through to launch and post-campaign analysis.
- Oversee creative production, media activation, and content rollout across all markets.
- Ensure campaigns are brand-consistent and aligned with global standards.
- Track and analyse campaign results across channels and regions.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to optimise targeting, media spend, and creative assets.
- Apply data insights to refine and improve future campaigns.
- Act as the link between Brand, Content, Performance, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Support localisation with toolkits and tailored rollout guidance.
- Ensure global consistency while empowering local execution.
- Champion efficient workflows and transparent campaign reporting.
- Embrace tech and data to streamline processes and improve collaboration.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in campaign management or integrated marketing
(Experience in fitness, wellness, or premium consumer brands a plus). - Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns (digital and offline).
- Comfortable working with performance data and ROI metrics.
- A proactive team player with an analytical, strategic mindset.
- Agency background? That’s a bonus!
- Campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and hit performance targets.
- Brand voice and visuals are consistent across all channels and regions.
- You’re a trusted team player who turns collaboration into results.
- Your insights help shape smarter, stronger campaigns every time.
What we value
At UP, we believe in high standards and personal accountability. We look for people who embody our values:
Results-Driven: You focus on outcomes that genuinely move the needle
Own It: You take full ownership, wins, failures, & everything in between.
Passion for Progress: You’re driven by growth, not just the finish line.
Supportive & Personalised: You adapt your approach because no two people (or challenges) are the same
Benefits
What You’ll Get
Here’s what you can expect when you join the UP team:
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
- Pension scheme: salary sacrifice with employer contributions
- Simply Health policy: claim back costs for dental, optical, physio, massage & more
- Exclusive UP discounts, including 40% off our supplements, books, and partner offers
- Personal Training discounts: up to 50% off our world-class transformation programme (up to 36 sessions a year) for you and a loved one
- Salary sacrifice benefits: Cycle to Work, Tech, and Home schemes
- Employee Assistance Programme: free 24/7 mental health, counselling, and financial advice
