We are looking for our next Recruitment Consultant and a teammate who considers their working environment and a family life balance most important. We need you a Recruitment Consultant to help (not do it on your own) develop our enviable and extensive client base, from our office in Stretford (Old Trafford) Manchester. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle developing client relationships, sourcing candidates through Job Boards and social media. The Recruitment Consultant role will involve friendly/warm outbound phone calls to clients and prospects plus, occasional visits to clients so a full driving licence is necessary.
We are offering our new Recruitment Consultant the following:
- Salary to £30k pa on passing probation li>Individual and uncapped £k pa bonus paid on new business (including lapsed clients!) li>Office performance bonus of .4k pa paid to each member of staff li>On-call payment per annum of approx. .4k pa (1-week in every-3) li>20% of any new business perm fee
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
- 34-days holiday (includes Bank Holidays and an extra day for your birthday).
- Higher pension contribution of 5% (not the usual 3%)

Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Leverage social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
- Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

For this role applicants will need to have many years strong recruitment experience and ideally experience of recruiting in the Trades and Labour and M&E industry (we will consider candidates that have had success in other recruitment sectors)
MAIN DUTIES
- New business gained through a structured and consultative business development approach
- Manage, nurture and build relationships
- Develop a good understanding of client business, specific vacancy requirements and future work and assignments
- Source the most suitable applicants, assessing their knowledge and skill base and building relationships
- Obtaining candidate RTW documentation, certificates, and licences.
- Managing and Updating the database with all customer and candidate records, documents, quotations and paperwork.
- Cross selling between temporary, permanent and the divisions and regions within our business
- Work and liaise with colleagues in other parts of the business
- Achieve agreed activity and revenue targets
- Develop an excellent industry/sector/subject matter expertise
Your preferred background and the roles requirements:
- Ideally you won't be a job hopper
- Excellent B2B customer sales skills and relationship builder
- Ability to achieve revenue targets consistently
- Self Motivated/Resilient
- Persistent and a Resilient personality with the ability to rebound quickly after disappointment to ensure consistency
- Accurate admin and recording of your activity on our database software
