The Role:
The firm is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its dynamic team.

You will have a strong background in private client matters, including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and tax advisory and will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Managing a caseload of private client matters
  • Providing expert advice on wills, trusts, estate planning, inheritance tax and probate
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting the development of the department
  • Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies

Candidate Requirements: 


  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 8+ years’ experience in private client work
  • Proven track record of handling complex private client matters
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • A proactive approach to business development
