Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Deliver effective and efficient recruitment support and administration for vacancies across all business areas, including sourcing, candidate tracking, coordination, interview/assessment day set up, offer and supporting right to work checks.

As Talent Partner you will work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs, take recruitment briefs, document and plan campaigns and deliver the best talent to the business, within the shortest timescale but without compromising on finding the right person!
The role will be part-time and based 4 days per week at Exchange Quay in Manchester. You will work a total of 22.5 hours spread over 4 days (between 10am- 4pm). On offer is a competitive salary and opportunity to join a fantastic team!
Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition at all levels from apprentice through to Head of / Director, across all business disciplines including IT, digital, brand, marketing, merchandising, creative, procurement, logistics & head office functions
- Develop and promote Beauty Bays employee proposition internally and externally
- Develop compelling adverts and advocacies to use online and across social platforms to promote and attract potential hires
- Headhunt and use innovative ways to attract new talent
- Support the onboarding of new starters
- Help drive & develop our apprenticeship & other entry-level recruitment programs
- Work with managers to develop a toolkit of robust and effective selection methods’
- Produce and monitor monthly KPI’s and metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements
What we are looking for
- Confident, approachable and passionate. A firm believer that recruitment is two-way process
- Previous experience in an in-house / standalone role or enough previous experience to further evolve our recruitment process, bringing best practice and fresh ideas
- A confident in-house recruiter with a track record of multi-discipline hiring from apprentice through to board director ideally from a fast-paced retail or e-commerce background
- Confident and experienced across all aspects of the end to end hiring process, including targeted search and head-hunting
- Systematic and organised, enjoys juggling a variety of roles and organised enough to ensure they deliver excellent service to applicants and internal stakeholders
- Tech savvy, you must be experienced managing digital/tech recruitment and be up to speed on multi-channel, multi-platform candidate sourcing
- Passionate and experienced at developing and promoting employer brand
- You must have previous in-house experience as a recruiter
