The Role
Working with Business Development colleagues to develop, manage and sustain employer relationships for work placements across the curriculum offer.
You will be required to support the successful delivery of work placements across 16-19 study programmes including those taking T levels and extended placements. You will coordinate and monitor work placements and will liaise with employers to find and develop effective work placement opportunities and support the quality assurance processes.
Meeting specific targets in terms of securing high quality work placements, in line with the college work placement strategy.
What are we looking for?
A suitably qualified individual with experience of communicating with employers of all sizes and sectors to develop effective and supportive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
With excellent administration skills you will have experience of co-ordinating, managing and monitoring a complex workload.
Knowledge of the current FE curriculum, including Study Programmes, T levels and Apprenticeships would be an advantage.
