The Role

You'll take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function-from sourcing and freight to inventory planning, tech implementation, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global e-2-e supply chain strategy aligned with ambitious growth and commercial goals.
- Lead a multi-region logistics network across air, sea, and land-balancing cost-efficiency with delivery speed and customer satisfaction.
- Own global trade compliance, customs regulations, and risk mitigation strategies across diverse regions.
- Drive data-led decision making, demand forecasting, and agile inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Partner cross-functionally across buying, ecommerce, finance, and tech to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Implement and optimise ERP, WMS, and SCM technologies to enhance visibility, automation, and responsiveness.

About You
- You're an experienced supply chain leader with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of scaling operations in a product-driven business.
- You've operated in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment-ideally ecommerce, fashion, or consumer goods.
- You thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex problems, and know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Essential Experience
- 4+ years in senior supply chain leadership roles, ideally within international D2C or retail environments
- Deep understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, Incoterms, and customs operations
- Strong ERP/WMS/SCM systems knowledge
- Proven experience leading diverse, distributed teams across geographies
Desirable
- Background in managing supply chains across Asia, North America, the Middle East, and Europe
