• Implementing improvement activities to increase efficiencies using Lean Manufacturing Techniques, Kanban, 5's
• Manage a suite of KPI's measuring efficiency and performance of the Production Engineering department are met and target driven

• Maintaining the integrity of the manufacturing processes with lean, cost effective strategies that meet the organization's needs.
• Executing the duties of the position such that the focus is largely proactive versus reactive.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, prefer Manufacturing or Electrical/Electronic
• Experience in the Electronics manufacturing industry
• Experience of driving continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment
• Significant experience in managing a team of production engineers
• Good understanding of a product realisation process with a specific focus on delivery of the production operations through One Piece Flow/Kanban/Batch manufacturing.
• Experience and thorough understanding of using and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles
