Chef Manager
Salary:  £32,000 per annum
Location:   Tonbridge – Roswell House, Retirement Village 
Shift Pattern:  40 hours per week / 5 days over 7
Shifts:  Between 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:30am–4:00pm

The Role: 
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef Manager on a full-time basis working 5 over 7 days to be a part of our kitchen teams in Tonbridge, at Roswell House, Retirement Village , in delivering outstanding, nutritious, and appealing meals for our residents. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves food, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys working in a caring, people-focused environment. 
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of all meals to the highest standards. 
- Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. 
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. 
- Manage stock, orders, and budgets efficiently. 
- Innovate menus that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences. 
- Maintain high standards of presentation and portion control. 
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Chef, Chef Manager or Head Chef, ideally within care, hospitality, or senior living. 
- Strong leadership and team management skills. 
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. 
- Passion for delivering excellent culinary experiences.

We're seeking skilled and dedicated HGV Drivers who value job satisfaction and are looking to join a supportive and rewarding team.
As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you’ll be operating modern, well-maintained vehicles with no loading or unloading involved. Your primary responsibility will be to drive safely, adhere to all compliance requirements, and ensure timely delivery and/or collection of trailers to and from our clients.
Positions open for tramping and trunking.
Both positions may include day and night shifts.

A current and clean driving licence appropriate for the role (HGV / Class C / Class C+E).

A proactive and positive attitude with a clear focus on delivering excellent customer service.
