Main Responsibilities of the Engineering Manager (based in Farnborough):

- Actively contribute to IP/patent management in line with group directives
Requirements of the Engineering Manager (based in Farnborough):
- Degree-qualified in engineering or physics (1st or 2:1 honours minimum); master's or chartership desirable
- Strong leadership background in aerospace or similar high-reliability sectors
- Proven experience across product design, development, and qualification in regulated industries
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional and international teams
- Confident in customer and supplier engagement, roadmap planning, and resource management
- Familiar with EASA, AS9100, and aerospace design assurance processes
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused with a strong sense of ownership
- TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent English proficiency for non-native speakers
