A brand new position exists for an Executive Assistant to join a fantastic, progressive business based in the Bingley area.

Our client is a successful construction business that, due to continued growth, is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant/ PA to their Directors.

The Role

Responsible for providing Executive Assistance to the Preconstruction, Commercial, and Operations Directors, the role involves performing office-based administrative activities proactively and efficiently, enabling all team members to work easily and quickly to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications and training

  • 5 years + in similar role (Office Manager/ Senior Administration/ PA)
  • Educated to A-level or equivalent
  • Degree or NVQ desirable
  • Experience of working with Procore is desirable

Technical skills and experience

  • Computer literate in all Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience of managing and maintaining database systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write clear, concise minutes and reports
  • Experience of working within a small team and/or prioritising own workload
  • Excellent time keeping, reliability, and personal organisation skills
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
