Our client is a successful construction business that, due to continued growth, is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant/ PA to their Directors.
The Role
Responsible for providing Executive Assistance to the Preconstruction, Commercial, and Operations Directors, the role involves performing office-based administrative activities proactively and efficiently, enabling all team members to work easily and quickly to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications and training
- 5 years + in similar role (Office Manager/ Senior Administration/ PA)
- Educated to A-level or equivalent
- Degree or NVQ desirable
- Experience of working with Procore is desirable
Technical skills and experience
- Computer literate in all Microsoft Office 365
- Experience of managing and maintaining database systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to write clear, concise minutes and reports
- Experience of working within a small team and/or prioritising own workload
- Excellent time keeping, reliability, and personal organisation skills
- Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
- Good knowledge of construction practices and standards
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable
- Consistently positive attitude with the ability to create a strong first impression for office visitors
