Kosnic Lighting have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Customer Services professional to join our exciting and growing company. This is your chance to utilise your extensive experience in a busy role where you'll be able to help and build relationships with customers. This is not a call centre environment but you must have an excellent telephone manner and high attention to detail.

About the role:

  • The first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Process orders accurately and in timely manner
  • Ensure customers' experience with Kosnic is first class and liaise with other departments to deliver to customers' needs
  • Utilise commercial sense and sales skills to upsell or cross sell where appropriate
  • Provide support to the Key Account Manager and sales team
  • Assist with processing debit and credit notes and handling customer requests and complaints

About you:

  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and experience of working in a similar environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, showing versatility in your approach to each customer
  • Enjoys working in a small team
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Highly organised, flexible and willingness to learn about technical products

YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join our Team in Holborn, London in a specialised role. You will be working primarily with our Relationship Management Team and Business Development to build strong relationships and support commercial growth across our client base with a specific focus on Faster Claims Payments, (FCP) - our key Lloyd’s Market initiative.  

You will become the go-to person within Client Service on FCP, and act as a key point of contact for all Managing Agents in relation to complex or emerging FCP queries.  Managing resolution across Vitesse, Lloyd’s, LIMOSS and relevant participants, you’ll use your experience to inform our roadmap and educate colleagues and market participants. You’ll be working alongside our Product and Operations teams to deliver exceptional levels of customer service, whilst supporting the Commercial Team with revenue growth.

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop strong relationships with our existing customers through a deep understanding of our FCP proposition with proactive engagement and effective communication
  • Collaborate with internal Vitesse teams to resolve complex or emerging FCP queries, adhering to SLAs and seeking opportunities to improve quality, speed and process where applicable.
  • Supporting complex queries responses and then ensuring that they are captured within market FAQ and other service record points and feeding any necessary development change back into the Vitesse functions.
  • Provide training and support across internal and external teams to increase detailed understanding of FCP processes and impacts
  • Work in collaboration with the Lloyd's/LIMOSS Partnership team and other key stakeholders to advocate for market participants
  • Develop end to end process understanding
  • Attendance at market events
  • Adopt a value-based approach: demonstrate the value of our capabilities to influence decision-makers, internal and external, through informed and constructive conversations such as; product developments, service levels, managing client expectations, strategic planning and growth targets.

Qualifications
- 6-8 years work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management as well as undergraduate degree
- Understanding of UK digital partners and merchants, experience at retail-focused consultancy or e-commerce platform strongly preferred
- Experience working on consumer engagement and acquisition projects or initiatives (lifecycle marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, customer journeys, channel strategy, segmentation, etc.)
- Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder management
- Experience managing key client relationships and leading conversations with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
- Ability to identify new business development opportunities, and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportunities
- Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
- Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs

Utilising your Project Management experience you will be joining our Business Solutions and IT Delivery team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for helping to deliver our strategy, and managing projects to agreed schedules, costs, scope, and quality. Projects will be a mixture of IT and business change, and you will manage cross-project plans, dependencies, and resources.

You will work closely with the PMO & Delivery Manager, business function and workstream leads, to execute project, programme, and strategy delivery.

Your day to day will include:

  • Leading and managing the project delivery schedule, monitoring project progress and ensuring timescales are met.

  • Creating and delivering regular status reports for project stakeholders and Executive Committee.

  • Scheduling and facilitating regular project progress meetings with stakeholders and project teams, providing guidance and support and resolving blockers.

  • Co-ordinating, directing and motivating resources assigned to the project team.

  • Identifying, recording and tracking risks, issues, actions, decisions and ensuring these have necessary focus and attention.

  • Identifying cross-project dependencies and prioritising those with impact on other project timelines.

  • Managing resource requirements and resource utilisation across projects, identifying bottlenecks and options to resolve.

  • Tracking costs, benefits and KPIs in alignment with Foresters Strategy.

  • Managing and controlling project change.

What we require

  • Solid project management experience.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working on both IT projects and business change.

  • You must be highly self-motivated, well-organised, disciplined, and driven.

  • Experience producing status reports, gathering and presenting project metrics.

  • Innovative, open-mind, and able to look at projects holistically.

  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to cut through issues and solve problems.

  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Resilience and ability to work well under pressure.
