Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting within the oil and gas, energy, or engineering sectors is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in utilizing various recruitment technologies and ATS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • CIPD or other HR/recruitment certifications are a plus.
