In this role, you will be responsible for:
+ Drive monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for revenue, bookings, headcount and expenses, including detailed bottom-up planning, walk-forward analysis, and proactive management of variances. Calculation and communication of sales accruals.
+ Regular checks on pricing and margin, analysis of outliers and understanding of key variance drivers with detailed comments.
+ Monthly review and assessment of EU sales inventory to ensure effective asset classification, validation of location, usage and where necessary provision for write-off and global demo inventory reporting.
+ Assist the Europe LS finance managers with development and maintenance of common tools and processes relating to the planning, review, and reporting responsibilities of the team.
+ Providing ad-hoc analysis, actionable insights, and general finance support to drive business objectives supporting the Greater EU Commerical and Finance team, Shared Service Finance and the Senior Finance Director Global Commercial.
The required qualifications for the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Finance / Accounting related discipline or equivalent.
+ ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
+ Expertise in finance and accounting with emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and financial modeling.
+ Strong to advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables etc.) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., BCP, Hyperion, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
