My client a luxury renowned brand in travel are seeking an assertive and dynamic Head of Marketing to drive the brands marketing strategy and achieve ambitious sales targets. To be successful in this role you will have strong leadership, commercial acumen, and an in-depth understanding of multi-channel marketing and sales tactics.

The role in a nutshell:

The role requires someone who can manage fast-moving, multi-channel campaigns, switch gears tactically when needed, and keep everything aligned with broader business goals - all whilst leading a team and supporting key growth areas like new product launches. The role requires the successful candidate to have a vast amount of experience within different channels of marketing - including TV, inserts, sponsorships, prospecting and more.

Key Duties:

  • Achieve ambitious sales targets through innovative and effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute commercial and marketing tactics that drive sales growth, increase repeat bookings, and grow the customer database.
  • Manage brand positioning, product updates, and communications in collaboration with the international head office.
  • Take the lead on key product launches, anniversaries, and milestone events, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication.
  • Develop and implement a yearly strategic marketing plan designed to achieve sales targets and increase brand awareness.
