Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care in a respectful and dignified manner, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Support residents with medication administration (as per training and guidelines).
- Promote and encourage independence in daily tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and social activities.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation.
- Support residents in accessing community services, appointments, and leisure activities, fostering social inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with families, external agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and health & safety protocols at all times.
