• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning teams in designated facilities.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet specific site requirements, with a focus on healthcare standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, compliance with health and safety regulations, and adherence to infection prevention protocols.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper techniques, use of equipment, and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Respond promptly to cleaning-related issues or emergencies.
• Liaise with facility managers and clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including COSHH and Health and Safety at Work Act.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment for the cleaning team.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry, preferably with healthcare or similar sensitive environment experience.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Strong understanding of infection control principles and COSHH regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to various sites periodically if required, for essential inspections or meetings.

We have work available starting ASAP.

Starting with £28 hour on days and £34 hour on nights

Visiting patience at their home providing them with care and medication.

You will be working in pairs of 2 ( we will provide company car)

Paid weekly each Friday.

8 am till 4 pm, 10 am till 6 pm

+ overtime

nights starting 8 pm till 6 am or 10 pm till 8 am + overtime

The post holder must work as part of a team, have the ability to organise and prioritise

their own workload on a day to day basis, and observe strict rules about confidentiality

at all times. They must also know the limits of their own capabilities and seek direction

from a Practice nurse, GP, or Practice Manager.

Working under the supervision of practice nursing team and strictly in accordance with

specific practice or national guidelines and protocols, the health care assistant will

assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes

of patient care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Provide efficient, professional care to patients

Carry out BMI checks

Facilitate routine and 24-hour BP monitoring according to protocols, advising

patients accordingly

Undertake the collection of intravenous blood samples

Carry out baseline observations such as pulse oximitery, blood pressure,

temperature, pulse rate, recording findings accurately

To test urine specimens using appropriate equipment and record results

Monday to Friday , Saturday to Sunday and lots of overtime
