Contract Details

  • Rate: £350 per day (inside IR35)
  • Location: Leeds (hybrid – twice per week on-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates across all corporate levels using LinkedIn and direct search methods.
  • Build and manage shortlists for roles in Finance, People, Corporate Delivery, and CEO Office.
  • Deliver a high-touch, “white glove” sourcing service.
  • Work independently without reliance on agencies.
  • Operate within a fast-paced two-week advertising-to-shortlisting cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensure quality and speed in candidate delivery.
