You will be applicable to get an uncapped yearly bonus, last year this was paid at 18%. This is dependent on personal and company performance. You be also be rolled onto a really attractive pension scheme, one of the best I have seen…. The role is a Monday to Friday position, 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1.30pm Friday.
We're looking for someone who is ideally an ex-maintenance or field engineer and now looking for a desk based position. You'll be fault finding technical issues guiding technicians through complex diagnostics to a fast resolution. You will need to have a strong electronics background with some mechanical understanding as well. You must have good customer service skills to be a success in this role as you will be speaking to customers over various avenues such as telephone, video call, live chat and email.
You'll be working within a small but skilled team made up of three customer support technicians, a field service technician and the customer support manager who you will report into. Some on-call work will be required but you will be paid for this work in addition to your salary.
