- Provide remote technical support to TKE field technicians across Europe, with occasional travel to give on-site support when required

- Deliver training courses to field engineers from across Europe

- Proven experience working as a field support engineer

- Positive attitude, capable of working under pressure as part of a team
- Confident in using your own initiative and proactive thinking outside of the box
