About the role

- Maintain a live calendar of upcoming inspections and re-certifications.
- Review LEV test reports for completeness and accuracy.
- Convert finalised reports into PDF format and archive them in the appropriate document management system.
- Draft and issue quotations for LEV services using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Track quote status and follow up with clients as needed.
- Organise and maintain LEV related documentation, including risk assessments, method statements and service records.
- Ensure all documentation is version-controlled and audit-ready.
- Source and evaluate subcontractors for LEV related works.
- Issue tender documents and collate responses for management review.
