A leading UK technology and connectivity business is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering internal systems transformation projects. Based in Solihull, this is a hands-on role for an experienced analyst who can work across process, systems, and stakeholder functions to drive operational efficiency and measurable business improvements.
This role will support and lead initiatives focused on internal applications such as CRM, ServiceNow, and quoting and billing platforms. The position is hybrid, with Monday, Wednesday and Thursday office-based work required post-probation.
