The firm has one of the largest dedicated real estate practices in the market, with over 120 lawyers delivering high-quality, partner-led service across the full asset lifecycle. The team represents a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, estates, and high-net-worth individuals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting for UK asset managers on a full range of transactions, including asset management, sales and acquisitions, financing, and complex agreements for lease.
  • Advising across a variety of sectors, including retail, restaurant, industrial, and office .
  • Working on matters involving Central London estates and City livery companies , including:
  • Asset management work
  • Headleases and property rights

The Ideal Candidate:
