The firm has one of the largest dedicated real estate practices in the market, with over 120 lawyers delivering high-quality, partner-led service across the full asset lifecycle. The team represents a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, estates, and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting for UK asset managers on a full range of transactions, including asset management, sales and acquisitions, financing, and complex agreements for lease.
- Advising across a variety of sectors, including retail, restaurant, industrial, and office .
- Working on matters involving Central London estates and City livery companies , including:
- Asset management work
- Headleases and property rights
- Rights of light issues
- Turnover leases for mixed-use historic estates
- Providing support on development and finance transactions, which will represent a smaller portion of the overall workload.
The Ideal Candidate:
- England and Wales-qualified solicitor with 3–4 years’ PQE from a leading City or equivalent firm.
- Strong experience in commercial real estate transactions and asset management.
- Excellent technical ability, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Confident managing complex workstreams and communicating effectively with clients.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
