About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, installation, and modification projects for process tools and utility plant, always ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Supervise contractors on-site, reviewing and approving method statements, risk assessments, schedules, and issuing permits to work.
- Deliver site safety inductions to new contractors and champion best practices across all activities.
- Prepare and manage budgets for projects and monitor project costs to ensure financial control.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation using relevant IT systems.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Actively contribute to developing team skills and fostering flexibility within the design section.
- Participate in 5S activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
