Build an integrated Enterprise + Business leadership development suite that meets both global consistency and regional/local needs.
+ Leader-as-Coach & Manager Capability - Sponsor and oversee the delivery of coaching and manager capability programmes, led by the Lead, Manager Capability & Coaching. Ensure coaching is embedded as a core leadership practice through structured development, toolkits, and everyday leadership rituals. Partner with Internal Comms, Talent COE peers, and business leaders to ensure the coaching habit is reinforced by systems, processes, and recognition.
+ AI-Enabled Leadership & Innovation - Define what it means to lead in an AI-enabled workplace (managing AI agents, ethical decision-making, hybrid team practices). Partner with the AI Transformation Practice Lead, AI Office, and Career Architecture to integrate AI capability into leadership programmes and expectations. Position NTT DATA Inc. as a thought leader in developing next-generation AI-age leaders.
+ Team Leadership & Governance - Build and lead a global Leadership Capability team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Partner with the Executive Learning Council (ELC), L&D BPs, and regional talent leaders to drive alignment and governance. Track impact and report outcomes on leadership pipeline health, manager effectiveness, and culture adoption.
