Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrable experience or a strong understanding of online teaching, virtual classroom management, or digital content creation for children.
- Excellent knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices.
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and learning management systems.
- Creative and engaging presentation style suitable for young children.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional home office environment.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new digital tools.
