- A commitment to continued professional development and a passion for education.
Desirable:
- A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards one.
- Experience of teaching in higher education and designing/assessing academic content.
- An active interest in research or industry engagement within the field of coaching.
