- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably within higher education.
- Proven expertise in instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
