- Provide guidance and mentorship to curriculum development teams and instructional designers.
- Stay current with educational research, pedagogical trends, and emerging technologies in online learning.
- Manage content integration into learning management systems (LMS).
- Facilitate faculty development workshops on curriculum design and delivery.
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably within higher education or online learning environments.
- Proven experience leading curriculum design projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles, adult learning theories, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
- Proficiency in developing a variety of instructional materials, including digital content, assessments, and multimedia resources.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders remotely.
- Experience with assessment design and program evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards relevant to higher education.
