**The Role**
Kyndryl is seeking a dynamic, highly skilled **Senior Lawyer** to join our UKI Legal team. In this key role, you will act as a **trusted advisor** to business leaders on high-value **IT outsourcing** , cybersecurity, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters-supporting not only the UK and Ireland market, but also collaborating cross-border, particularly across Europe and the US.
You will lead the legal support on complex outsourcing deals, infrastructure services, and commercial disputes. What are we looking for?
- We are looking for an English or Scottish Qualified lawyer with experience gained either in-house or in private practice.
- You will have a strong understanding of financial services either through private practice or inhouse
- An understanding of the operations of a life insurer
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice.
- Work across other legal disciplines required to support a Life Insurance company
Essential Criterian- Experience inhouse or from private practice in risk transfers, corporate and commercial
- Experience working in or with as a client Financial Services with a key understanding of the regulatory and legislative frameworks
