- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and optimizing supply chain processes.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation, and warehousing best practices.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
- APICS or other relevant supply chain certifications are a plus.
