Hours: Monday to Wednesday 7am - 5pm , Thursdays 7am - 4.30pm
Pay: 13.59ph, 37.5 hours per week. Overtime at T+1/2 available!
Status as Logistics Operative: Temporary to Permanent (after successful completion of 18 weeks 'like probationary' temporary period).

Day to day duties of Logistics Operative will cover (but not be limited to):
*Use of a Gantry, Overhead crane so you MUST have a license to apply & be able to work a crane unsupervised (after training)
*Work and adhere to strict Health and Safety standards set by the company
*Goods offload from inbound supplier delivery
*Breaking down deliveries
*Use of Overhead Cranes and gantries - experience preferable
*Use of MRP / ERP systems for material Goods Receipt Note (GRN) booking in and to track and record outbound product
*Stores / material management
*Ability to work to schedules, batching, kitting and picking of materials
*Ability to learn and quickly understand product knowledge
*Goods despatch, tracking, recording and paperwork management
*Ability to work to outbound delivery schedules
*Use of Counterbalance FLT's/ Pallet Stacker/ Combi Lift/ Sideloader/ Bendi Truck - THIS WOULD BE A BONUS, NOT ESSENTIAL!

As an Exports Logistics Planner, your duties and responsibilities will vary on the Company’s requirements but will include the following:
• Providing administrative support to the Commercial Team.
• Managing the customer account databases; including data entry, analysis and customer KPI reporting.

• Managing the filing systems.
• To complete export documentation, re-scheduling, invoicing, shipping documents.

The Person
