Role: Logistics Manager

The Role:

As Logistics Manager, you will lead and develop the logistics function, taking responsibility for 4 direct team leaders and their wider warehouse and distribution teams. Reporting into senior management, you'll be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while driving improvements in efficiency, cost, and service delivery.

• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across the business.

• Coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.

• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Plan and track shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers.
• Process purchase orders and manage supplier communications to ensure smooth inbound logistics.
