About the role
As a Machine Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our packing machines running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll carry out quality checks, support your team and make sure every product meets our high standards – and those of our customers. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll manage packing equipment and support manufacturing colleagues to deliver great results.

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a machining or manufacturing environment to join a growing business and work towards a permanent role. The Role:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for working on production machinery and handling steel rebar. In addition, your tasks will include reading drawings and operating grinders, saws, and overhead cranes. Don't worry if you don't have experience with all these tasks - training will be provided!

• Experience with hands-on machinery, ideally from the automotive or plastics industry
• Familiarity with CNC machines or construction site labouring desirable

Working Hours:

You will work all 3 shifts on a weekly rotation - Mornings, afternoons, and nights, totalling 39 hours per week. The exact shift times are as follows:

- Afternoons: 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Thursday; 1pm to 8pm on Fridays
