Our well established family run manufacturing client has exciting temporary to permanent machine operating position available. This role is an immediate start, you will be joining a company where they train their operators to grow and build your knowledge and manufacturing ability, this growth will be acknowledge in pay rate and future opportunities to progress your career into supervisory/management roles:
- Understanding daily production requirement, setting machines to specification
- Reading raw materials required for product, loading raw materials into hopper (physical lifting required)
- Running the machines for production ensuring that quality standards are being met
- Signing off and completing all audit traceable paperwork at the end of each job run
