Enterprise Solutions Senior Consultants at BCG Platinion are:

You’re Good At:

  • Managing large-scale ERP projects
  • Translating business needs into system requirements
  • Restructuring business and IT processes and organization within an ERP construct
  • Supporting IT functions during mergers and acquisitions, including the functional and technical transformation of an organization’s IT department
  • Evaluating an organization’s IT and ERP architecture
  • Developing road maps and current state assessments
  • Designing and implementing feasibility studies for ERP strategy
  • Defining global and local deployment strategy
  • Developing infrastructure approach and high-level design of ERP solutions (cloud, on-prem, hybrid)
  • Considering data and integration related to ERP platforms
  • Optimizing depth of value added in ERP

What You'll Bring

You Bring:

  • Bachelors or Master degree in mathematics, natural sciences, information technology, business management, or relevant field
  • 4+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management with a focus on one or more of the following:
    • SAP
    • Salesforce
    • Oracle (Financials, NetSuite, Fusion, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc.)
    • Workday
  • Experience in business process design and configuration
  • Previous experience with independently managing modules/workstreams in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations in a waterfall or agile setting
  • Proven responsibility as a team lead within a single module (e.g., OTC, Finance, Procurement) during at least one project phase (Design, Build, Test, Deploy)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  • Experience with the management of decision processes at large organizations
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Confidence and persuasiveness
  • Experience managing large, complex projects
  • Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams. At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects

The base compensation for this role is $150,000 in USD. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and retirement contribution. Responsibilities

Mandatory

      • Operational or clinical experience gained from within the UK Health sector (NHS)
      • Ability to think strategically and support the development of comprehensive plans to address complex healthcare challenges 
      • Project management skills to deliver within own workstream to overall project timelines 
      • Proficiency in research and data analysis, with the ability to collect, interpret, and leverage complex data sets for informed decision-making  
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills to present findings and establish and nurture client relationships

We follow a hybrid working model that balances in person connections and remote work to drive exceptional client impact. We enjoy working in person together with clients and colleagues and work where clients need us to be.

Location- London - Hybrid

6 month initial assignment

95k-100k per annum

The LoanIQ Business Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and use of LoanIQ products, providing expert consultancy and support to clients, and developing comprehensive operational manuals to guide users through new lending product business workflows.

Job Summary:

  • The LoanIQ Business Consultant is responsible for providing expert consultancy and support to ensure the successful implementation, upgrade, and use of LoanIQ products.
  • This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and developing functional solutions and system configurations.
  • The consultant will also be responsible for training end users, demonstrating functionality, and documenting processes and workflows. Additionally, the consultant will support testing activities across the SDLC project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery and acceptance of new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops with key business stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements.
  • Write Operational Manual for Loan Administration
  • Develop complete functional solutions and system configurations for LoanIQ products.
  • Provide training to end users and project team members, ensuring they have practical functional knowledge of LoanIQ.
  • Demonstrate LoanIQ functionality and document processes and workflows.
  • Conduct gap analysis, review requirement documentation, design specifications, and support testing activities.
  • Support different areas within the client to ensure process/functionality is fully understood.
  • Prepare management reporting and attend management meetings to report on current project status.
  • Manage issue/defect resolution and support the test team through all cycles of testing, including preparation of test cases/scenarios.
  • Design and deliver client training courses to give the client practical functional knowledge of LoanIQ products.
  • Develop and maintain operational manuals covering new lending product business workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in implementing and configuring LoanIQ products.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes related to corporate and commercial lending on LoanIQ.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to conduct detailed functional analysis and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Experience in training and knowledge transfer to end users and project teams.
  • Proficiency in conducting gap analysis and supporting testing activities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain operational manuals and user guides.
  • Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team
